标准相关的要求和测试覆盖了产品分类、标记、机械结构、电气结构和光生物安全性。第八版将取代2008年发布的第七版。

IEC 60598-1:2014 ed8.0 Luminaires - Part 1: General requirements and tests was published on May 26, 2014.
The requirements and related tests of this standard cover: classification, marking, mechanical construction, electrical construction and photobiological safety.This 8th ed. will superseded the 7th ed. published in 2008.
